About the Role

Position Summary

Solero Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to support a large, professional organization. This position will lead organizational change initiatives that help employees, stakeholders, and leadership successfully adopt new business processes, technologies, and operational improvements.

The Change Management Specialist will develop communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies designed to support successful implementation while minimizing organizational disruption.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement organizational change management strategies for enterprise initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder assessments and identify change impacts across departments.
Develop communication plans, change readiness assessments, and engagement strategies.
Create and coordinate training materials, job aids, user guides, and adoption resources.
Facilitate workshops, focus groups, stakeholder meetings, and change-related activities.
Identify potential organizational resistance and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Partner with project managers, business analysts, technical teams, department leaders, and executive leadership.
Develop and monitor change adoption metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and success measures.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and transition-to-operations activities.
Maintain change management documentation, project artifacts, and lessons learned.
Ensure compliance with applicable organizational governance, accessibility, security, and operational requirements.
Prepare executive reports, presentations, recommendations, and status updates.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in organizational change management or project implementation.

Experience developing communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs.

Experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation projects.

Strong facilitation, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications


Five (5) or more years of change management experience.

Experience supporting large organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, or other public-sector environments.

Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration and project management tools.

Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, finance, procurement, or other enterprise software implementations.
